Point-In-Time Assessments
Starting around $4,000 / month or a consolidated project rate
For those that may have dedicated security teams but do not have the bandwidth for heavy-lifting annual tasks or want to prevent tester bias by utilizing a third-party to assess progress.
Each assessment topic evaluated receives their own report or a combined report, as needed. Mitigation Roadmaps to address findings will be provided.

Compliance Readiness
Starting around $7,500 / month
Organizations that are either just beginning their compliance journey or have some foundation established. Includes developing all audit-ready documentation, assisting with evidence collection, performing annual requirements (User Account Reviews, Tabletops, Risk Management, Vendor Management, etc.), and day-of Audit attendance as requested.
Multiple compliance mapping work available, for organizations that require compliance to either more than 1 framework or customer-specific security obligations.
Compliance readiness can take anywhere between 3 months to 1 or more years to become audit-ready. Your timeline will be identifiable once consultation begins, to establish how much work is required before you should schedule with an auditor.

For those who only need a starter package of how to develop their security program via policies and best practices. Beyond the documentation deliverables, implementation training for employee base is also included to ensure the transition is smooth. Timeline for completion is determined with client.
